IPOH, May 2- UPM Vice Chancellor, Prof. Datin Paduka Dato' Dr. Aini Ideris received the Woman Icon Award at the CUEPACS 2019 Labour Day Celebration.

Presenting the award was  Human Resource Minister, M. Kulasegaran V. Murugeson, in conjunction with the CUEPACS Labour Day Celebration at the Indera Mulia Stadium in Ipoh.

Prof. Aini received the prestigious award for her contributions to UPM General Staff Union in which she demonstrated exemplary woman leadership.

Nine other awards from various categories were also presented at the event which had the theme of “Worker Knowledge and Integrity, the Keys to the Country’s Success”.
